Serise and I started a post, but I want to post this to my friends list.
I don’t want to ever own a house, but I do want to own a condo. This is the info on the condos I will buy:
The Timbers of Indianapolis offers afforable condo living Location: Off Sherman Drive, south of Hanna Avenue — a group of streets connected by Wilderness Drive. History: Built in 1974 as condominiums by Everett I. Brown Co. and Conwood Partnership. Three sections were built in the development, then a fourth section was constructed in the late 1980s, for a total of 147 units.
Style of Homes: Condominiums with one, two or three levels, four different models with flexible floor plans, all with wood siding and attached decks looking over the heavily wooded area. Amenities: Area includes ravines, hilly ground and the Lick Creek. Clubhouse available with pool table and rooms for meetings or parties. Nearby city parks in Beech Grove. On-site management property manager.
