The dude being tortured on the cross totally ruins the righteousness!

In all seriousness, there is something sick about worshipping someone being tortured on a cross. I know it's about Jesus redeeming Christians of their sin. The whole idea of original sin (the idea that we are all naturally sinners because of Adam and Eve and that Jesus' crucifixion forgives this sin for people who believe in Jesus) perverts the idea of love and makes it into a message of guilt, fear, pain, and domination.</description>
