Marti, I’ve seen your OkCupid page. It’s rather pathetic. You are 40 and you have wrinkles. You have facial piercings as if in an attempt to reclaim your youth. You are obviously a bitter old man-hating lesbian who can no longer find a date in real life so you have to resort to online dating services.

My original statement is valid. Nothing hinders my belief that women are morally capable of lying about rape, especially in view of their demonstrated moral capacity to commit equally heinous crimes that often involve lying. It is easy: All a woman must do is open her mouth and falsely say, “I was raped”.

My belief is further supported in the light of numerous cases presently known, in which women have in FACT either been found guilty of this offense, or confessed to it.

In view of both probability and direct evidence, those who categorically assert that women don’t lie about rape lack sufficient warrant for their belief.

Neither the “tone” of Heretic’s blog, nor the statement by Field Marshall Watkins, have any bearing upon my present remarks – which are logically self-standing.

Wrong. Who commits the majority of sex crimes? If that were equal, then women could be just as likely as men to lie about rape. Just because women are capable of committing other heinous crimes, what is the next logical step to rape?

It would be idiocy to remove it from the realm of consideration, but that has nothing to do with the tone of Heretic’s Blog. You yourself have said that women have been “PROSECUTED” for lying about being raped. The contention, just as Field Marshall King Ding Dong said, is that women hide behind rape shield laws. Prosecution of women caught lying would suggest otherwise.

Both the preponderance of evidence and the balance of probability lead me to conclude that false allegation and accusation of rape do in fact occur, and with a frequency that demands serious consideration by all people of good will and conscience.

A woman can falsely accuse a man of rape, and still be protected by anonymity. That is not justice.

It’s not about soiling all women. The concensous is that women couldn’t possibly lie about something as serious as rape, which is obviously complete rubbish. The main point isn’t that they lie, because they do. It’s the inequality in the justice system in regards to lying in court (also known as purgury/ obstruction of justice if a man does it). A woman should not be allowed or encouraged to lie in court, safe in the knowledge that even if evidence comes to light proving her lies, that she (the criminal) is still protected by rape shield law and the (proven innocent) man isn’t. It not only belittles women who have really experienced rape, it inconveniently shows the lack of ‘equality’ feminists bleat on about.

To summarize. The law treats men and women differently based on their sex. Nothing more. If that isn’t complete sexism, I don’t know what is.

One case does not soil all women. Tawana Brawley, does not make every woman who says she was raped, a liar.
